How to be a good salesman

It's always to be a challenge job for salesman, most of the people especially for a beginner ,it's difficult to find a way to sale the products to customers.
These days ,I work in a construction machinery company as a intern , the company's mainly products is concrete mix plant ,concrete mix ,mobile concrete plant ,truck mixer ,truck pump etc.
Through a month of learning and practicing I found that there are lots of skills for salesman, first of all , you must know your company and product enough. It's the foundation of your career .
Then you must have patience to find customers and keep in touch with them , it's the most important , in fact it's the decisive factor.
Finally you must have a good negotiation skill and great after-sale service .
It's a challenge but passionate activity , if you have a strong desire to be succeed and you have confidence , I believe you will finally be a successful salesman.
